Builder Of The Year! 

Had Sam and the team from SOS Building Solutions complete a full bathroom, kitchen renovation and fit down lights in every room for my property at lower north Sydney. Was amazed at how quickly they turned it all around in 2 and a half weeks, whilst maintaing a high quality standard of work. My building is an old 1960’s apartment building so a few unforeseen electrical and plumbing items did pop up along the way, but the team were quick to come up with effective solutions to resolve any issues. There were no problems with neighbours or strata, so I really appreciated they were able to complete the works without any disruptions to the surrounding neighbours. In fact I had 2 neighours come to me asking for Sam’s details so they could contract his team after my project finishes, as they were impressed by the workmanship and respectful nature of how the team conducted their daily business. Sam came to me as a word of mouth recommendation and I would not hesitate to pass on Sam and SOS Building Solutions to anyone looking for small fixes or complete renovation projects!

Extremely pleased with the recent kitchen, bathroom, pergola and concreting renovations completed at my house through SOS Building Solutions. Was recommended SOS Building Solutions from a friend who had renovated her whole house and was very impressed, so I thought I’d finally give a much needed renovation a go. Truly the best decision.
